Among the most important rooms of the Palace is the Town Hall, which is used for council sessions, honorary awards, among other activities. This room has a rectangular design, highlights its roof tile (fine and polished piece of square shape) in the ceiling, made of Zinc pressed brass.
The construction of this building was donated by Mr. Victor Larco Herrera and it was inaugurated on January 21st, 1917.
It was declared Historical Monument. The Municipal Palace holds a rich history linked to important events. It has a mixture of architectural styles such as neoclassical, French rococo and the eclecticism of romantic Italian influence.
